    I had a leak in my ceiling and ended up needed a new roof. Dale is great. He was at my house 30 minutes after I reached out to him for an estimate. He fixed some small issues right away free of charge, dropped off shingle samples on the weekend, and had us very promptly scheduled. He has great communication through the entire process. He and his crewed knocked if out of the park! Very fairly priced, and even took some money off the total because we have a newborn. I highly recommend Dale and DKZ Roofing! See more See less

    DMZ Roofing, is an amazing roofing contractor. He's one of the only contractors I'll allow to work on my homes unsupervised. He's done everything from me from re-decking a flat roof and re-roofing it to residential roofs. His crews are clean respectable and quiet. And on top of all that his work is impeccable. He has a wonderful family with three young kids. And on top of all that he has great competitive prices. I can't recommend them enough See more See less

    This is the second roofing project that was completed for me. This one was on my personal home. They came in with enough employees to complete my whole house plus 2 garages in 1.5 days. Would have been 1 but we had a rain delay the first day. All the employees were respectful and courteous. No swearing or loud music as I heard on other roofing projects in the neighborhood. Left the property clean like they had never been there. I would highly recommend them! See more See less

    Dale was wonderful to work with. He knew what we needed, the estimate was very reasonable and his team did a great job. The job was done when promised, they cleaned up everything and all the workers were friendly and respectful. Thank you for such a a great job done. The previous roofer we had didn't honor his warranty and Dale assured us that he would honor it. The previous roofer was only 14 years old and they wouldn't repair the leak. Dale explained all the problems and took care of everything. Thank you for the great job done!!!!! Dale did fix the leak for us until the new roof could be completed at no extra charge since we were having a rain spell. He brought over the samples so we could pick out the shingles, everything delivered when promised and job completed when we were told.     DKZ Roofing is an excellent company! We would highly recommend Dale (owner) and his crew to replace your roof! 12 crew members were on site, and they had our house and garage done in five hours. Drone pictures were done by DKZ before and after! Good price and attention to detail. Clean up was excellent. Very responsive to calls, texts, and questions. Price was quite reasonable.     There was some heavy winds back in May that blew some shingles off of my back roof. I asked on Facebook for a good local company to come out to assess the damage and Dale from DKZ Roofing responded that he could be available. Someone else recommended Dale and told me to read their recent review on Google so I did and that’s when I contacted Dale the next day over the other recommendations I received. His inspection determined it would be best to get the whole back roof replaced and insurance agreed. During the whole process, he explained everything he was doing in detail so I knew exactly what was going on, worked within the insurance claim amount to get the job done (while even upgrading my roof) and even when there was additional materials needed to complete the job, wrote up a supplement claim that insurance approved. My new back roof looks great and is better than before so I won’t hesitate to call Dale and DKZ roofing the next time I need roof work done. See more See less
